Ajax chalked up another win in the Eredivisie last Saturday evening. The Ajax players beat Sparta at home 2-1. Brian Brobbey and Steven Bergwijn both scored for the Amsterdam team.

Ajax won their last but one league cup match of 2023 Saturday evening. Sparta Rotterdam lost 2-1 at the Johan Cruyff ArenA. The Amsterdam team's goals both came before half time, from Brian Brobbey and Steven Bergwijn. Less than fifteen minutes into the second half, Ajax tried again, but it was not to be.
