Alfred Schreuder is officially the new head coach at Ajax. The 49-year-old signed a contract at the Johan Cruijff ArenA that runs until mid-2024, with an option for a third season. He will succeed Erik ten Hag, who left for Manchester United, this season and is ready to forge new success in Amsterdam.
Ajax, Club Brugge and Alfred Schreuder have reached an agreement about a transfer to Ajax. Schreuder will be signing a two year contract that starts after this season and will end June 30, 2024. The agreement contains an option for a third season.
