Ajax completed final training on Saturday ahead of the away game with Fortuna Sittard. At Training Centre de Toekomst, Maurice Steijn's squad were putting the finishing touches to the game.

The squad set its sights on the (Dutch) Eredivisie two days after the defeat against Ludogorets. After a weekend without league football, Ajax are scheduled to play their third match of the new season. This is the second away game of the season, after the 1-1 in Rotterdam against Excelsior.

With an extensive warm-up, some passing and kicking drills and several games, the final session was concluded at de Toekomst and Ajax is ready for the game in Limburg.

Ajax signed two more players on Deadline Day: Sivert Mannsverk and Borna Sosa. The brand-new Ajax players underwent the medical checks and signed their contracts in the presence of Sven Mislintat. We followed Mannsverk and Sosa the whole day.
